Ingredients:
150g butter
1/4 cup Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey
1/2 tin condensed milk
500g biscuit crumbs
200g desiccated coconut
juice & rind of 1 orange or lemon
Method:
- Melt butter, honey, condensed milk and juice together
- mix with biscuit crumbs and coconut. If the mixture is too soft then adjust it by adding more coconut or crumbs.
- Ice with orange or lemon butter icing. Refrigerate until hard.
