Crispy Honey Bacon

Ingredients:

1 pack Streaky Bacon
2 Tbs Mossop’s Field & Tawari liquid honey

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 160deg Fan Grill
2. Place the streaky bacon onto a oven rack (this helps both sides of the bacon become more crispy), and place in the oven for aprox 3 minutes or until beginning to crisp
3. Remove from oven and turn the bacon over. Pour a small line of honey down the centre of each piece of bacon and place back into the oven until golden and crispy.

Notes: If you don’t have liquid honey then melt some honey in the microwave or on the stove top. The crispier you cook the bacon before placing the honey on, the crispier it will become without burning.
