Ingredients:
2 tsp butter
1-2 tsp Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey
2 cups icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
boiling water to mix
Method:
- Melt the butter and honey together
- Pour butter mixture into icing sugar and add vanilla essence
- Pour a little boiling water to mix. Continua adding boiling water and mixing until desired consistency
Variation: Add cocoa to make chocolate icing, coffee essence to make mocha icing or citrus juice to make citrus icing.
