PRINT RECIPE

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
1/4 cup Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 tsp baking powder Squirt of lemon juice

Method:

  1. Whisk egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add honey, juice and sugar and whisk until smooth and shiny.
  3. Place on tray in spoonfuls, or through a piping bag to form tear drops, etc.
  4. Sprinkle 100’s & 1000’s on top or chocolate chips to decorate.
  5. Pre-heat oven to 100°C. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Turn oven off, & leave to cool.
  7. Join together with Honey Lemon Whipped Cream
