Ingredients:
3 cups water (4L)
1 1/2 cups Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey (3 cups)
2 cups pineapple juice (3L)
2 cups Orange Juice (2L)
3 cups freshly made tea (2L)
8 cups Ginger ale (3L)
Method:
- Boil honey and water for 3 minutes
- Make tea with 3 or 4 bags. Stand for 3 minutes
- Leave honey water and test to cool.
- When cool add the juices and ginger ale before serving
