Ingredients:
1.5kg of plums or apricots
4 cups Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey
1 cup water
Method:
- Chop fruit and remove stones
- Place the fruit and water into a jam pot and bring to a gentle boil, simmer until the fruit has pulped
- Add honey and boil quickly for 10 to 15minutes
- Test, and boil longer if necessary
- Pour into hot, sterilised jars and seal.
