Description
Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey is a blend of pasture flowers such as clover, collected from fields and farms throughout the Bay of Plenty, and Tawari (lxerba brexinoides), native to New Zealand it is only found in very few parts of the North Island.
Tawari honey is light in colour with notes of butterscotch making it a perfect alternative to sugar in your cooking, baking and drinks.
